Neil Sahota

An advisory and speaker platform, and a content engine, built to keep pace with a global AI voice.

The short version

A site and a feed that match the stage

Neil advises on AI, speaks around the world, and writes. His online presence needed to carry that same authority. I rebuilt and iterated his advisory and speaker website, fixed what was dragging it down, and built a steady LinkedIn engine on top, including a 25-piece “Neilisms” series in his own voice.

The starting point

A reputation the website wasn't keeping up with

When someone with Neil's reach sends a prospect, a journalist, or an event organizer to their website, the site has to carry the same authority they do in the room. The setup wasn't keeping pace.

The site needed a real rebuild, the media page and some SEO gaps needed fixing, and there was no steady engine turning his ideas into a presence on LinkedIn, which is exactly where his audience spends its time. Plenty of substance, no system to show it off.

What we did

A platform and an engine, not a one-off

01

Advisory & speaker site

Built and iterated his website through multiple rounds until it matched his positioning, deployed and running on Netlify.

02

Audit & media fixes

A full site audit, then fixes to the media page and the SEO gaps that were quietly holding it back.

03

The “Neilisms” series

A 25-piece set of quote graphics and LinkedIn posts, drawn from his own words and written to sound like him, not a marketer.

04

LinkedIn strategy & calendar

Content strategy from discovery calls, a posting calendar, and voice-matched drafts, so showing up consistently stopped being a scramble.

How we did it

Choices made on purpose

His voice, not mine

Everything got drafted to sound like Neil. For a thought leader the voice is the product, and a generic post does more harm than none at all.

Authority first

The site and the content had one job, to make a high-caliber audience take him as seriously online as they do from a stage.

Fix the foundation

Before adding anything, I audited what was there and cleaned up the media and SEO issues dragging it down.

Built to keep going

A calendar and a system, not a one-time push, so the presence compounds instead of fading after a week.

For a thought leader, the website and the feed are the handshake before the handshake. They have to carry the same authority as the person.”
